Accidental damage warranty

Using the most advanced manufacturing technologies available ensures that the GT Radial product is of the highest standard.
In order to guarantee you get the most out of your tyres, GT Radial offers an optional ‘Accidental Damage Warranty’ with every GT tyre purchased.
The warranty is only valid when purchasing another GT Radial tyre of the same size. The old tyre will be retained by the dealer and a new warranty form completed to cover the new tyre. This warranty applies to GT Radial Car, Van and 4x4 ranges.

How do I make a claim?

Should you wish to make a claim, you may do so at any participating GT Radial Dealer. Your Dealer warranty and nature of your claim is valid. Provided that you have your purchase invoice and stamped warranty leaflet, then your GT Radial dealer will be able to calculate your entitled percentage allowance.

How is my percentage allowance calculated?

Your dealer will measure the remaining legal limit tread on your tyre. Although tyres are road legal until 1.6mm, we recommend replacement at 3mm in order to maintain optimum performance and safety. The tread will be measured in 3 places across the tyre to ensure an accurate reading. If any measurement is below 3mm then no credit will be given. The decision of the participating dealer is final.
